This designer kids brand, born from the vivid imagination of french designers who love telling stories, is the go to brand for those kids that are preppy in style. We love the casual and effortless designs from the Carrément Beau team – and we know your littlest customer does too – and can’t wait to see what they have launching at Kids Instyle on Thursday.

Classic, but not boring; a true “Chic à la Française” brand

Right now I’m working on…

We are currently working across 4 seasons: the feedback and analysis of our first Sell through in store following the launch of our very first collection (FW15-16), the delivery of our first Summer range (SS16 season), the importation of our next winter season (FW16-17) and, of course, on our SS17 buying. It’s a very busy time for the Carrément Beau team but we are all loving it!

What should we expect from Carrément Beau at Life Instyle Melbourne?

We can’t wait to show the new Carrément Beau SS17 styles to our customers! We’ve increased our Spring Summer styles by 20% vs last Summer; the Ceremony range is bigger than ever, as well as the Newborn range (1m to 18m).

Our Brand Story …

“Carrément” is a typical French word from Children’s vocabulary. Daring and Impudent it means ‘so’, or ‘extremely’, so the name “Carrément Beau” means : So Beautiful. The word “Carré” is also referring to the square shape, an identity mark for the brand and future concept stores. Carrément Beau is of the Parisian influence. Classical, but not Boring. Suggested in a Global Setting, but also possessing Unique Style. Qualitative, Subtle and Smart Fabric and Colours. Carrément Beau, above all choice of French words, to understand the French origin of the brand, Parisian and French codes into a Classic Collection.

Trend Watch …

Carrément Beau’s Trend Watch is reflected within the brand through their iconic Prints and Styles. Each season, Carrément Beau incorporates a select few trends, partially revealing the DNA of the Brand. For example; Stripes. Whether it’s in a Dress, a Jacket or a pair of Shorts, Stripes are an ongoing trend for the brand. Alongside this trend, Dots and Check Prints, these are all Seasonal Trends for the Carrément Beau brand.

Sources of Brand Inspiration Include…

Brand Inspiration for Carrément Beau is generally communicated through their Seasonal Stories. This season, the Ceremony range is sub-named ‘Idyllic Cruise’. This name leaves to the imagination what the brand calls “A Bohemian and Chic Festive Air for the Little Princesses”, consisting of very Pale Pinks, Ecru, Off-White, Gold and Pearly reflections, the Brand Inspiration for Carrément Beau refers back to their Classical Style.

One of the proudest moments for Carrément Beau was when Harper Beckham was spotted wearing a pair of our Shoes!
