Cherie, co-founded Marmoset Found with Nareen Holloway in 2010. Both mums of small children, they first met in their local park and bonded over a mutual love of homewares and interiors. This grew into the decision to launch their own range with the aim of developing an evolving collection of beautiful homewares.
They took the plunge to start their own business after agreeing that we were seeing the same products everywhere – they wanted to find new and beautiful pieces to bring to the market, so booked their first trip and have been travelling ever since.
Marmoset Found products are designed in Australia and developed by artisans and craftspeople across Asia. Each piece in the range has a handmade element to it and most pieces are entirely handmade. The irregularities that come with making things by hand adds value and uniqueness to the range.
Not content with designing products for Marmoset Found, Cherie and Nareen have also recently ventured into retail with Wren Store, a lifestyle boutique in Melbourne’s Carlton.

Nana Huchy has become a well-loved brand, with many boutique stockists throughout Australia, New Zealand and some dotted throughout the rest of the world.
Colin began White Moose from humble beginnings – he would work his nine to five job, then on weekends take a suitcase full of handmade products on a tram to the Rose Street Artists Market.
Still selling his handmade products at the Markets, he took a risk in making his first home decor product in China. After leaving full time work to move into a permanent retail space in South Melbourne he began receiving enquires asking if White Moose would wholesale their designs to other retail stores. The demand of wholesale requests grew, which encouraged Colin to begin exhibiting at Life Instyle. Within the 4 days of the fair their list of stockists grew from 5 stockists to over 100.
Following on from their First Instyle experience, the White Moose product range has expanded significantly. Within 2 years of cracking into the wholesale market, their stockist count has gone from 5 stores to over 300 and there is no sign of it slowing down.
