What’s Your Name?!

by Vanessa Baranovsky, Event Mafia

Personalised, personalised, personalised… I need it be personalised!

Every event whether it is a personal birthday, anniversary, Christmas, industry related launch party or conference it needs to have evident forms of personalisation!
Whether its to be seen in branding, recurring imagery or just unique words that define your occasion from the rest and give it a competitive edge. One key factor in personalised occasions starts from the very invitation. That invitation acts as the ‘face’ or forefront of your proposed occasion and usually starts the colour palette or theme for the rest of the event. Different colours, fonts, typography styles and designs are hot off the press right now, ranging from ‘hand drawn’ pieces to embossed and textured options.

Another key part of your special occasion, is that tangible object your guests takes home post event.

Whether it be that delicious loot/candy bag with personalised images or the take home trade show or conference notepad that subtly contains all the right branding that extends the longevity of your event it all needs to be creative, innovative and most of all handy to have around!

    Hi Vanessa,

I couldn’t agree more! That’s why for my online stationery company, French Navy, I have developed a ‘design your own’ part of the website in which people can design their own personalised stationery, invitations or announcements online. The link for which is : http:bit.ly/ZHNu4L

While we also do bespoke invitations for larger events, many people know what they want and like to add their own touch, so our service is hopefully a perfect match!

    With many thanks
